General Services

We can assist with all your secure shredding requirements. From secure bags, bins, archive boxes, onsite loading and even pallets loaded with paper.

We currently service Sydney and Melbourne metro areas, however in the coming months we expect to extend our offering nationwide.

All payment is via Credit Card — Visa, Mastercard or Amex. We don't charge any additional service fees.

Shred2u is a registered company in Australia — Shred2u Australia Pty Ltd. Our office is located at Level 4, 55 Miller St, Pyrmont, NSW.

It's perfect for business or personal use. Whether you're a household wanting to safely dispose of old documents, or a business needing ongoing secure shredding, we've got you covered.

Shred Bags

The bags are 94cm × 58cm, made from Woven Polypropylene. The bags are high strength and resistant to tears or damage.

Up to 16kg per bag of documents — approximately 2–3 archive boxes or 45L of paper.

Only paper — although staples and paper clips are fine. Anything else shouldn't go in the bag! If you have other waste, let us know and we can advise on the best solution.

Next-day delivery across Sydney Metro. For Melbourne, please contact our staff for current availability.

Once you place your order you'll receive a confirmation email. At the bottom of the email there's a link where you can book your pick-up. Alternatively, visit our Book Pickup page directly.

There will be a small extra fee for express pickups. Call us on 1300 310 452 or email hello@shred2u.com.au to schedule.

You'll receive an SMS or call when the driver is on their way. Once the driver arrives, they will photograph the bag and it will be taken to one of our secure partner destruction sites.

Your bag is transferred to a secure and certified destruction facility where your data is shredded and granulated up to 6mm particles, ensuring complete destruction.

You sure can! We can set you up with a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly service. Contact us to find out more.

Yes! Please call or email us at hello@shred2u.com.au and we will issue you with your Certificate of Destruction.

Shred Bins

Yes, absolutely! We offer 120L and 240L bin options, along with the same subscription plans available for bags — weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly.

Yes, the bin will have a lock on it to keep your documents secure until collection.

Yes you can! You can subscribe to one of our many services. We will come and remove the full bin and replace it with an empty bin on your scheduled service day.

Pallets

Yes we can! Contact us for rates and scheduling. We'll tailor a solution to suit your volume and requirements.

Onsite Loading

No problem! Simply email us the pick-up address and a photo to hello@shred2u.com.au. We will quote and then schedule a pick-up time. We'll load the shredding and take it away to be shredded securely.
